Help Memo Pad 10 USB Problem

For some reason, trying to connect my Memopad to my desktop via USB no longer works. Instead of the desktop "seeing" the Memopad so that I can transfer files etc. it only starts charging. I had previously used this cable before for USB connection and it work just fine. It also works with other devices for file transfer, so it's not a problem with cable itself. There does not seem to be any way to reactivate the USB function on the Memopad.
Any suggestions?

Think you posted to the wrong area; this is for discussing the Transformer, not the Memopad.

I've asked the mods to move if appropriate.
