I'm not 100% sure I understand your question. Are you trying to copy an app's data from one phone to another? Usually, this is only possible with a rooted phone, and even then, only when copying the information from a rooted phone to a rooted phone that is the exact same device.
Copying the data otherwise is up to the app developer. Have you contacted the developer yet?
