Memory cleaner app + defreag

There are a plethora of cache cleaning apps in the market, I tend to stay away from the one click versions just because I prefer to be in control of such process, but that is just me.
Here is a list of free apps in the market:

Note: Some of these will not work unless your phone is rooted.
As far as defragging goes, it isn't something you want to do. Flash storage doesn't work like a normal hard drive so there really isn't any reason to do it anyway.

Don't worry about it unless you get error messages. Relax and enjoy your phone.
For example, I've used this phone heavily for a year, never cleared a cache or worried about memory. It still runs like the day I got it. Same goes for every Android user I know.

What other requirements?
The cache cleaner is the only thing you can use. There isn't a way to defrag your phone.
