Memory issue in HTC Desire HD after updation to Android 2.3.5

After upgrading my HTC Desire HD to Android 2.3.5, the phone is facing memory issues.
The Task Manager mostly shows less then 100 MB of memory out of 516MB.
It is also creating problem in multi-tasking. The apps automaticaly get killed in the background. Some time even the home screen gets killed if playing any game or using any heavy app. Then it takes around 15-20 seconds for the home screen to re-load.

Please let me know if there is any solution for this.
