Help Memory problems

Internal storage and memory. When my phone is not in use and than i open it and under apps in settings internal storage. Just got this phone it's a LG access. I converted from i phone. I just need that first screen with out seeing those apps....Please

Your phone unlocks and shows settings?

If you see that, press back button until it's gone - tap power to lock - wake up and unlock - does it come back?
