Mental Health Apps

I've had bouts of long term depression as well as acute anxiety and panic attacks. The apps that help me most would be mindless things that are distracting, like Angry Birds. I would also say that this was AFTER seeing a qualified professional.
 
Facebook is just about the best way to become more depressed as you try to compare your life with the lives, real or fake, that others post about. Your life doesn't need comparison. It only needs to be what you need it to be.
The site whiskeyhum mentioned is absolutely the best place to at least start
