hey i have a mercury ice and my screen just all of a sudden wont work not even my three lttle buttons on the bottom, well i need my photos and if i cant touch my screen wtf am i supposed to do to get them back on my computer and i want to do a facotry reset can i without my touch pad working? i have had 6 of these phones...and each of them has failed on me. so please help me out!
