Huawei ascend mate 2 Will not auto rotate in messages. Works with everything else. Settings for messages is set to "auto rotate"

That just means that the message app is set to default to portrait, or to not support landscape. Download a different SMS app if you want to rotate, or check the message settings.

message settings are set to auto rotate. other apps rotate OK. has rotated in the past
