Help Message/calling apps keep crashing.

Hi, I have a serious issue with my android 5.1.1 phone (Wiko Pulp 4G). Since the last couple of weeks my message and calling apps keep crashing!

What I see: I start the app, I see the screen of the app (for about 0.001s - 3s), and finally the app closes/crashes automatically without error popup. The only thing working is that I can answer calls when people are calling me.

I noticed that this is true for all apps that have the possibility to send messages/call: stock message and call app, Facebook Messenger, message apps I downloaded from the Play Store, etc.

Other apps like Instagram, Letgo, Reddit, Youtube, Shazam, etc. seem to not have this problem.

I've tried:
Clearing cash from message and call apps: same problem;
Rebooting my device: the apps stop crashing for some time (about some minutes or so), but then start automatically crashing again. (Or if I change the launcher)
Downloading other message/call apps: same problem.

So... nothing seems to really work... I'm thinking the problem has nothing to do with the stock message/call app since I have the same issue with downloaded message/call apps.
I would REALLY like to solve this issue. ANY help is welcom!

UPDATE:
I removed some apps (can't remember which ones) and it seems to be fixed for now!

Hmm I thought of that too, but I wanted to safe that option for last... Is there anything I can try before doing that?
