Message Problems?

[Android Question]

So, my phone has been freezing up today (only when texting) and I believe it is from how many texts my friend and I have but when I try to delete the thread, it won't do anything. I say yes to delete it but it does nothing. Then I get the 'is not responding, close it?' But I can't open it again unless I restart my phone. I'm really frustrated and just want to delete the thread. Help me please? I have a Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi, and welcome

Try rebooting the phone and clearing the cache. That solves a world of problems on my phone.

It it still acts up, ask about it HERE, and another user of your device may know a solution.
