Help Messages sometimes not being sent. Stuck in "sending".

Reactivated my old ZMax Pro recently, and noticing that sometimes, text and picture messages aren't being sent. I get a "network unavailable" notification. Anyone know what steps to take to fix it? It's through MetroPCS/TMobile's network, if that helps. Thanks guys.

I have the same issue.
T-Mobile has horrible coverage.

Try leaving your mobile data on all the time.

Also, be sure that VoLTE is active.
My phone won't even make any calls if it is not active.

What's VoLTE?

The call goes over the internet instead of like regular cellular calls.

Sort of like Wi-Fi calling, yet different in that you need a connection to a cellular tower.

FYI if your carrier has turned off their 2G and 3G networks, and are now 4G and 5G only, you must have VoLTE otherwise you won't be able to make or receive phone calls.

Enable VOLTE call

If Enable VOLTE call is greyed out, then

Preferred network type
(Automatic)
Enable VOLTE call
