Hi All
I just updated my Samsung Galaxy software to 2.3.3. When the phone rebooted, it seemed to remove my stock messaging application. The application has been moved from the home icons at the bottom of the screen, and I can't even find it in my applications at all.
My phone is NOT rooted.
I've done a bit of research and it looks like the file I'm trying to find/install is mms.apk. When I go to system/apps, there seems to be a mms.apk file in there, but when I click install it gives me the message "application not installed".
I'm a very big novice with all these things and have no idea what it means to "push" the file to install (as I've seen recommended on some other threads).
In the meantime I've downloaded Go Sms pro, but I just want my original stock messenger back!
Please help!!
Thanks all in advance.
Cheers
