Messenger with text templates/signature ability

Hello
Is someone able to tell me which messenger has the above ability. Tried a couple , stock, textra and G_messenger. Textra is to bloated.
In a previous rom it was possible though forgotten the app.

You are officially the first person I've ever heard call Textra bloated

Chomp has both. Actually I think many third party apps do, but as I don't use either feature I don't pay much attention to exactly which have them.
