I can't send pictures in messenger, I tried rebooting, reset settings.

Are you speaking of the stock messaging app?
The reason I ask is, I am using the Verizon messaging app and have not yet tried the stock one.
Can you send texts ok? Are you able to receive mms?
What carrier are you with?

Text messages work fine it's just pictures. Its intermittent, I have att. I never had a problem with my Samsung s5. So I'm guessing its my lg g5.

Have you tried to use any other texting at such as Textra or Chomp to see if it's just messenger?
You have hangouts pre-installed on your device. Set it as your default sms app and try with it.
