metro data bucket? really

Hi, I have not researched metro much, considering I just came from Verizon and I don't like to think about it, however...

I am tied to a four phone plan with metro with my family, and about 4 to 5 days in to the month, my phone says I'm out of my allotted data and my speed will be reduced. My brothers phone does the same at the same exact time. My sister's phone on the same line does not get reduced.

I have used roughly 629m and the phone not reduced has used around 400.

If me and my brothers phone reduced at the exact same time why doesn't the third line? The 4th one on the line isn't a smart phone.

Is there even a tier of 500mb? I didn't think it was a tier. Maybe his cuts off at 500?

The data allotments are per phone so I don't know why two phones would get that message at the same time, unless you both went over at roughly the same time.

If you're using up all your high speed data after 4-5 days - do you have WiFi at home? Using that will help save your faster data for when you go out.
