Help Metro pcs unlimited music not working?!

I'M on the 8gb plan which includes music unlimited which is supposed to let me stream music without affecting my mobile data usage but I have been checking my data usage and spotify and Pandora are clearly using my data. I'M using an unlocked HTC One m8 on the metro cps network. Another phone on my plan is showing that music unlimited is functioning well.
