Metro pcs!!!

I paid them in advance and then switched to t movile, there is no possible way to get to talk to someone there to get my refund. Any metro people here that can help?

I'm not sure if there is anyone on AF from Metro, but if so, they will me most likely to see this in the carrier forum where I moved it. Also, other folks using Metro may be able to help.

Why can't you talk to someone in a corporate store? Go in, tell em you are no longer using their service and they should give you a refund.
 
If you paid in advance then the payment is just sitting on your account as a credit. It gets used to pay your bill when the due date comes. If the due date has already passed, then you paid for a service that you decided not to use. I don't see Metro giving you a refund if that is the case. You paid for a service, switched carriers and decided not to utilize what you already paid for. I could see online chat or a phone call offering better help than a corp store. Good luck!
 
yea i dont see them refunding it either but its worth a shot. i agree online chat is better than goin to a store. stores are real picky about what they refund.
 
I dis cancel with them/ they knew it. I cant get live chat or even get on the site anymore, i'll have to travel to the store
