Why is it a fix for lollipop when no phone has it on metro

BYOD phones like the Nexus 5, Nexus 6, etc. have Lollipop.

And they'd want to update their apps before they release Lollipop for any of their phones so there's no compatibility issues

Also, according to the picture, that update is not lollipop specific.
