Has anyone else had this problem? Im on the 50$ 2.5gb 4g plan and My bill is due every 15th. I used up all my 4g for last month but my 4g hasnt been restored for this month and my data usage is actually saying 122% even though I haven received my 4g for this month yet at all. I tried everything from going to the metro store(all they told me was to take out any apps that turn off 4g which was juice defender. And they also reset my phone which diddnt work.) I called and got transferred to tech support. They told me that this was a new problem for them and that someone else earlier had the same problem and that they would look into it. So they gave me a ticket number and told me to call back, etc. I was reading another post on here which was similair to mine but Im not sure they have the same problem as me or not with their data usage saying over 100% when they hadn't recieved 4g at all, thanks! And my Current phone is the Lg Esteem.
