Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Backup phone stuff before returning to stock and resetting flash counter?

Have been having problems with my phone for some time now, bad cell reception, showing as being modded and not able to install updates stuff like that. Come to find out Im on an old baseband, and need to return the phone to stock settings and reset the flash counter. Thing is i have alot of pictures and stuff like that,plus I also have game saves for games ive been playing, while i know some of them wont be salvageable. Is there anything I can do on a non rooted phone to backup everything before returning the phone to stock?

You can try backing apps up using something like Helium or MyBackup.
