Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Cant delete files off sd card?

I'm on Gummy rom, been so for about a month. Out of the blue today I notice when I try to download something it always fails. Sometimes I get a "target location is full" message but I know that's wrong because I have over 28gb of free space.

Then I noticed in root Explorer it won't let me move/rename/or delete files either. It just says "delete failed" etc. I've seen posts where it's been said Kit Kat roms have this issue but again I've been using it for over a month and have never had the problem. Any ideas?

You could plug it in to you pc and remove the files/folder.And you could just format the sd card and that may fix your issues.

This is what I see when I try to delete a file
