Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] can't hear sent recording.???

at time somebody would send me a quick short recording of what ever but when i click on play i can't hear anything even though the bar is moving when i click play yesterday my daughter send me one suposedly wishing me happy dads day but i couldn't hear any help or suggestion.?? as to why i can hear them

try saving the attached file by long selecting it and then press save attachment then look for it in downloads and try listening to it.
