So i just flashed aokp and i had already imported my contacts to my sdcard...now after flashing, i see none of my contacts and my messaging threads are empty...i have already synced my contacts with Google
EDIT: well i fixed the contacts issue, just went into file manager and then opened the contacts file with the Contacts app...but my messaging thread is still blank...is this supposed to happen?

another silly question lol :p...i used titanium backup to backup all of my user apps now if i restore them after flashing a new rom would the all of the app data be restored also?

Yes with titanium backup it restores the data on the apps too

Adfree is a must, I also recommend App Quarantine if you're on a stock rom or one with stuff running you don't quite want to uninstall. Quick boot is convenient as well just for convenience if you're on a stock rom that doesn't offer boot to recovery in the power menu. Rom toolbox pro is great for modding your system, changing icons in the statusbar and whatnot. SetCPU really helps to save battery, I like to set the profiles to minimize CPU to 384 during screen-off, 700 mhz for reading, games, and movies, and regular speed for the rest of the time. The last thing really is wifi tether for root users.
