I deleted the secemail and secexchange apks. Im on metropolis so I found the apks on a website for stock jellybean but the process doesnt work for me (ya know, move apps to system/app folder, change permissions to rw-r-r, reboot and enjoy) well I never get to the enjoy part because after reboot when i click email it just gives me a email has stopped working prompt. Any help, is it the apks?

Im trying to avoid paying the $20 for the key to moxier mail or touchdown, the stock app worked just fine until I flashed the new version of metropolis, it just would say loading email but would never show any

I always delete that garbage lol. I use gmail & yahoo mail apps. A lot better in my opinion

install metropolis again just dont do factory data reset and only wipe cache/dalvik and u should have all the bloatware back like new.

Thanks guys. I figured it out.It actually speaks to a problem I posted awhile back with my s3. Long story short whenever im flashing ANYTHING I will no longer wipe cache/dalvik because for whatever reason it always gives me trouble. Instead it seems I need to dirty flash everything or with placing apps in system/app folder just a simple reboot and everything is fine and dandy...After everything settles just to make sure there wont be future problems Ill go into recovery and wipe cache, but not immediately after flashing like most instructions suggest
