Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] How can I update if my sgs3 if it says modified??

I was trying to see if it's possible to get the MF update if my sgs3 was once rooted now unrooted and saying "Modified". Is there a way I can download the update and update without erasing my stuff??

i stop thinking about that if anything wrong with the phone that i need to go to metro
i have odin ready with the original updated release ready for action.then once problem is fix i'm back to hacking it.HEHEHEHE

download ota root keeper install it save your root backup and temporary unroot then reboot and try to update again. aslong as its a stock metro firmware and not metropolis nor number 2 you should be ok. if it does let u update then do so once its finished open ota root keeper and restore root.
