Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] ipod touch or sd card???

Ok so just got my S3 today (suuuee-weet) and I listened to some music throught the headphones and thought wow, sounds good. Now while Im currently on my tax refund spending spree I was going to purchase a ipod touch as my music library has outgrown my sony walkmans 16gb storage.

But then I got to thinking since the s3 can hold a 64gb sd card why not just get one and put my music on there and use my phone as a mp3 player and take some of the savings and buy some Beats by dre or something. Ive never liked the idea of my phone being my mp3 player but hell why not. Just wondering what you guys and gals think. Should I spend the almost $300 on the touch or got the other route

i use it almost everyday to listen to music nothing wrong with that and why not with the headphone that came with it if any1 calls the music goes on auto pause and when the call ends it resumes so its perfect for music aswell

Get the 64gb card usually amazon has the best price. then if you use itunes download the app tunesync it is a pay app but worth every penny it does wireless sync and works flawless.

Save the extra doe and buy a 64gb sdcard ... the galaxy s3 can do alot more that the iPod touch and more mods so your music sounds clearer/better. I currently have 32gb in my s3 and use it whenever I'm driving

yea me nuttmeg and a few others bought that ultra sandisk 64 gb card from amazon when it was $50 im sure they are cheaper now if not the same prices.

spend teh money. dont let these people tell you what to do, you are an iOS user, you are creative and only want the finest things in life.

to protect your investment make sure to buy the most durable case you can, the otterbox defender is the absolute pinnacle of phone defense, and it even has a cut out on the back to let people know you are using an apple device and you can *&%$ing afford it

taken right off their own site, this is teh otterbox defender. not that it matters ive never seen an apple device case that didnt let teh owner "show off" the logo

go to one of those chinesse websites and order the fake beats for around 25$ basically its the same drivers the real beats uses so they sound the same or even better but the only down fall is that there not made out of durable materials so you really got to take care of them but i still have mines and they havent let me down yet paired up with my gs3 and the acid mod ,the sound is insane
