Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Lost and Need help.

I have a Pebble Blue Galaxy s3 with the sim card & I've been trying to find out what ROMS can this phone take. I want to upgrade to 4.4 or Cm Rom but I don't know which are safe to flash or if they can be flashed. My phone is the SGH-T999N I've been searching a few threads but haven't had one fully verify which roms work and won't give me connectivity/data problems when I flash

I'm currently running 4.1.2/ Rooted & Have CWMT..

It would help you by being in the correct forum. You are in the one for the CDMA phone and should be in the one for the GSM.
