check that your phone's status and make sure everything is there and nothing is unknown. also mms is 4g dependent most of the time but can be sent on 1x ,3g just takes a lil longer.

I had the same trouble when I sent the picture through another app. When I send it through the mms app, it usually works fine.
As stated, you will need to have data on the network to send MMS.
I was on bb6 now on bb7, MMS works fine on both.

It was explained to me that the apps do not compress the image properly, and if it is too big, it will fail on send. The MMS app does this when you use it to send a picture.

Yeah I only use stock messaging app when I select an image it compresses it but it doesn't send it...
I've tried on wifi usually

Same thing happens to me but I turn off wifi and leave just 4g on since it uses 4g to send pictures. But fails every time

Go in your settings then applications go to all look for messages clear data reboot your phone then try to send an MMS that should work....

mrpnut i did that and although it sends the picture is compressed...does the quality get reduced? cuz thats what it looks like... i sent a pretty clear shot of a paer to my friend and he said it was very blurry... which i can confirm the compressed one used in messaging looked like
