Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Please Help!!!

I need to go back to stock os on my metro galaxy if possible. A little background I made a backup when I rooted and when I converted over to AOKP but a few weeks ago I wiped the scandisk. The only backup I have is the AOKP rom. Please let me know if I wipe or factoryreset will it go to stock or just stay on AOKP. If you have any other options? Thank you in advance!!

Follow this guide to go back to stock http://androidforums.com/metropcs-galaxy-s3-all-things-root/671610-oudhs-return-stock-reset-your-flash-counter.html This will take you completely back to stock no root and the stock recovery. If you wish to keep root flash this with TWRP http://androidforums.com/metropcs-galaxy-s3-all-things-root/640679-stock-metro-stock-rooted-twrp.html factory reset will only take you back to the stock settings of the ROM you are currently on.

Everything booted I can make phone calls but no data. The phones states insert sim card. but its inserted Please let me know what I can do to fix it
