Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Reboot often

Im getting frustrated with this phone now. I got a replaced S3 while now it reboots for no reason. Has anyone else have that happen to them, and it just stays on the MetroPcs logo. Can someone please help me out Im getting pissed.

Can you give us more info? Are you running stock? Updated?

I need some help Im not rooted but this phone is a replaced one and now it keeps rebooting at least 3x maybe more in a given moth, and i do not want to reset again does anyone know hoe i can do this without reset

sorry i didnt get a chance to respond to your email i've been so busy. seems they gave you a faulty device. im sorry but we could suggest a few fixs such as using odin to flash the stock firmware again but why should you go through all that trouble when its metro's fault for sending you a faulty device. so with that being said i would go back and demand a new working replacement and make sure they know your quite upset about it.
