Help MetroPCS Galaxy S5 vs. T-mobile S4. Which to choose?

This Galaxy S4 branded from T-mobile has many unwanted programs, but it was only $250. Downloaded RootAppDelete and it's more complex than before it was on the LG Motion, and I don't know what's safe to delete on this Galaxy S4.

Particularly annoying are the Samsung Hub and Widgets.

Anyone have a list of what to delete on the S4 and how to delete it ?

Metro's S5 is $479, that's $230 more than the T-mobile S4. Don't mind the extra cost if the S5 is worth the extra money. Is it ?

when i had an s3 i deleted ALL of the samsung software and ALL of the metropcs bloatware with no problems...not sure if you can get away with that on the s4 but i would just use twrp to make a full backup and then delete away...if a problem arises from deleting something just restore your backup

TWRP ? How to identify all bloatware and other programs safe and beneficial to delete ?
