Root [MetroPCS/GSM] Wifi Calling and Earpiece Volume

Hello. So, I have the T999N Metro S3. I've rooted it several times and have tried a bunch of different Roms. I always ending going back to Stock because other Roms don't carry Wifi Calling. I have terrible signal where I'm at, so the Metro PCS Wifi Calling is crucial. Also, the Earpiece Volume I've found is too low with other Roms. SlimKat was the only exception, because it had the "boost volume" in device settings.
I was just curious if anyone had a solution to either issue: is there a way to use Metro Wifi Calling without stock, and are there any ways to boost Earpiece Volume with other Roms besides SlimKat (Not knocking Slim, just looking for other options ). Thanks!

Well ive found stock is the best for the options you want. But there is an app called viper for android. Its a must have equilizer that you can use to maybe help your problem. Im running stock rom jb 4.3. Kt747 kernel. Rooted of course. With viper.
