Metropcs internet is literally shit! They claim to say they have so much coverage but always have a problem with slow internet ! I have full bars yet gotta sit 5 minutes before a website or anything loads! I am on the $60 unlimited plan yet have they say restart your networks settings yet nothing ever works , my hotspot is even shit and yet it post be high speed for 15 GBS , just all around shitty service

Well, @TonyLee, tell us how you really feel!
Have you contacted support at MetroPCS? If you're not getting what your plan is supposed to provide, you have every right to complain, and expect some sort of resolution.
Are you using so much data that they're deliberately slowing you down? They can do that if you agreed to it in their Terms and Conditions.
Are you--like me--in an area where geography could be the problem? In my case, the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains nearby affect my signal.
What brand and model device do you have, and what's its Android version?
