Since I have the international galaxy note 2 N7100 I dont use LTE. Right now I am on the $60 Unlimited LTE plan. IS there a Plan in which I Can switch to or does Metro Still count Hspa+ as LTE ? What non LTE Plans they offer?

They only have the 3 plans now. It doesn't seem to matter LTE or not.

It's basically all data is available at the highest speed till you past whatever the allotment is then it's throttled

Is this true, I was also interested in this question. When I tried the 40 plan with the Iphone 4 which gets 3g or hspa it was unlimited even after the limit, so I believe only Lte phone gets throttled. Please if someone can clarify this it will be a incredible help, thanks in advance.

LTE is throttled after your limit, so if you have a 3G phone it might appear that you don't get throttled.

$40 - 500MB LTE
$50 - 2.5GB LTE
$60 - Unlimited LTE
