I have a zte 4g lte from metro with the 40 dollar plan and when trying to watch youtube videos I cannot watch them they either don't load or they load but lag a lot. I recently downloaded speed test app and the results were ping: 100 download 0.20 upload 0.29. I don't know what the average is. I don't know what the problem is.

You won't receive a message. It will reset on the same day month that you first started service. For me, that's the 25th of each month.
Throttling speeds go back to normal 4G at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle. So if your month is April 9th - May 8th you should have full speed on the 9th.

.20 mbps is not a world near enough to watch YouTube videos
need more like 1.0 mbps+ to watch without constant buffering. And if you're on a 500mb plan, you're going to use that up really quick with video/audio streaming. May wanna save the videos for wifi or upgrade your plan....

Why not pay an extra 20 bucks and never have to worry about this again?
