Root MHz not stable in SET CPU

Anyone have this issue with this phone? Or maybe it's my broke out mod doing it. not sure if anyone else has this issue,

literally ever 2-3 seconds the phone flashes between the 245mhz and 1024mhz

Its not an issue. Its suppose to. The govenor is set to on demand. when it needs more power it raises when it doesnt it drops. The phone is working properly.

Set cpu is a useless app for the breakout anyway as there is no kernel that supports overclocking/undervolting. The most you can do is set it to performance and have it run at 1 ghz all the time and risk burning up your processor.

I don't think there is actually any risk of burning up your processor. That just means it is set to run at that speed but it doesn't mean it is under 100% load all the time. I keep my phone set on Performance most of the time and it never really goes over 37c or so.

yea the odds of it actually burning up are slim but there have been cases of it happening. i used to run it full speed on my old epic 4g all the time to with no issue.
