Micro SD and Internal Storage 0mb

for the first time install TWRP in my J7 2016, when you want to install a zip, when I select storage in micro sd, internal memory and USB storage appears as if it were empty 0mb all three, I have formatted and did everything and it does not work, I do not know what to do to recognize at least the micro sd, some solution?

What version of TWRP do you have? I have v3 on my a phone here and there is a mount option. If your SD card is inserted, you should see the option to mount it under that menu. That's where your zip should be located.
