I just bought a brand new MOTO Z PLAY,
my old phone was the MOTO X PURE, i trasnferred all info from my old phone to the new one... then when i placed the SD card from my old phone to the new one, I found out that the MOTO Z PLAY doesnt read it (i doesnt pop the message that a SD card has been introduced), i tried with two different sd cards, that are working and have the same issue.
So the problem is not with the cards, is with the phone... i have been looking for an answer on the internet.. but the only think i could find is that the problem is related with the OS the marshmallow 6.0.1... but I couldnt find any way to solve it...
please help me
