Help Micro SD card won't fit

For some reason, my Sandisk 2 GB micro SD card won't fit in the slot on the Prime. Either the card is too big or the slot is too small.

Any idea on what I can do?

Might sound silly, but have you tried flipping it over? Sometimes I get the orientation messed up myself.

Is there any additional information you can provide?

Tried both ways unfortunately. The little plastic card that came in the slot to prevent dust is a little smaller than the card that is real.

It just seems that it COULD fit in there, just one little edge of the card that won't make it.

Have you tried a different Micro-SD card? Perhaps it is just that one that is messing up.

It could be just this one, not sure. It has fit in all of my phones.

Have you been able to put any micro SD card in your prime at all???

It should fit. The words should be facing up when you try to put it in. When I put an SD card in my prime I had to put a little extra force into it, but not much. If you can't get it in at all I would suggest calling asus to see what they say, or try a different card

Only have 1 other, in my phone. Don't want to damage it, so I'm not going to try it.

The card doesn't fully fit in there, flush. When its "in", like you said, a little part of it is still sticking out.

Its very awkward if you have a naked Prime, but with a case, you should be gtg.
