Micro sdhc card not working or corrupted

My SanDisk micro SDhc 32 GB card not working. When I plugged it with my pc it show a pop-up for format but it fails and it shows only 30 mb of storage and it's format is RAW ....pls help me

Either you've got a fake or duff micro-SD card, where did you buy it? Or have you been using it as adoptive internal storage in a phone or tablet? If so the PC won't be able to see it. And it may appear as RAW, because Windows can't read and mount the encrypted EXT4 format that Android uses for adoptive internal storage

When external storage media is adopted, it’s formatted and encrypted to only work with a single Android device at a time.

Is this a new microSD card that you've just started using, or is it one you've been using for a while and this problem just occurred recently?
-- If it's new, where did you purchase if?
-- If it's a card you've been using, did you format the card as adoptable or external?
As @mikedt referred to, a card set up as adoptable is using a different file system and it's encrypted. Also, going by the wording of your query, when you state your card is not working, does that relate solely because you cannot get it to mount properly on your PC (the problem you do mention), or is it a matter where the card is acting oddly in your phone also (an importing point you do not mention)? Please state which with more details,

It's not working on Android device ...

Whether the card is set up as adoptable (internal) or removable (external) is still in question.
-- If the former I'd just buy a new card, it sounds like the card has simply failed. Being only a year or so old it's not likely but not unheard of.
-- If the latter you might be able to use the 'chkdsk' command on a Windows PC to repair the card enough to copy off your data. In this case, if that does help, you might want to re-format the card and continue using it but microSD cards are relatively inexpensive to replace so weigh your options.
