Help Micromax A 116 profile chnages

Hi,
I use Micromax canvas HD A 116.The user profile changes from Meeting to general after making a call or answering a call.so I have to set it to meeting after every call made/received. can anybody give a solution for this? Thank you.

I have solved the profile change problem with micromax A 116.I have removed the call announcer apps which was interfering with silent mode.so now there is no profile change during call received/made.
