Help Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114

Dear Actually
In My Official Phone (Micromax Canvas 2.2 HD A114) I am facing an extremely serious issues
a) It has been locked with a password
b) google ID is altered
c) USB Connection is set to "Charge Only" mode.

The phone contains extremely important DATA in Phone Memory.
Can Somebody help me in bypassing the screen lock in such a way that it should not erase anything out of my Phone of Memory Card.
