hello everyone ... am new here and i dont know where to post in which section i didnt find any labelled as mmx canvas turbo

yesterday i installed chainfire 3d and it booted my device and then my device stuck at logo sreen
i tried system recovery and wiped my all data and cache but it didnt work my recovery is stock recovery and thats the worst part that i cant take backup through cwm backup
i tried flashing stock rom v4 but my computer not recognizing my device and sptools not downloading rom to my device
i also searched for adb but i dont know what is it and how can i flash custom rom using adb commands ?????
please if any one have a solution then help me it will be really appreciable ....
