Hello People!
July 2017 I Purchased Vernee MarsPro from Gearbest. A week ago I started having problems with the microphone and I can't contact Vernee directly, because I haven't purchased the phone from them.
The issue is that the sound gets distorted after 2-3 seconds of recording both in Voice Calls and Voice Recordings.
Here's what I've tried so far with no success:
Restart,
Factory Reset,
Update,
Installing the Official Mars Pro ROM,
Physically cleaning the microphone hole.
I am attaching a sample recording. Since the audio is clear in the first 2 seconds it leads me to believe that it's a software issue.
