Hello all; I and my son both have a Verizon LG V10, I have not had any problems and love it to death (until the next big thing to come along). My son's V10 just recently started having issues with the phones microphone, it won't work. The phone works fine on "speaker phone" but not in normal use. I do not know if he dropped it or any physical damage (he says no). Any thoughts or ideas you all may suggest that we look at? Thanks in advance, Lateck.
