Microphone to Vibration sensor

I'm looking for an app that can make a smartphone vibration sensor trigger to the bass beat of music played from a DJ sound system.
As a sensory device for hearing impaired people.
Is this even possible to do?

Yes it is possible as know that thete are alarm apps available on the Play Store that notify threw the vibrate sencor. However, I don't know of a specific app that does what you want but that doesn't mean this is not one available. Im hearing impaired so I would also be interested in an app like that.
