I recently updated my Z Ultra to 5.0 Lollipop. Upon installing the update my phone has been very very slow (many apps refusing to open and crashing). I decided to take my 64GB MicroSD card out and the phone went back to normal. Without the SD Card its normal fast speed, with it it becomes very slow and unusable. I have formatted the card and that seems to have made no difference. Any help would be much appreciated!

Help MicroSD Card Slowing Down Xperia Z Ultra

Try a factory reset, that can often clear issues like that following a major OS upgrade, with apps crashing or not running, instability, lag, etc. Before resetting, backup anything important first though.
I've already tried a factory reset twice now and still no luck, the only thing that fixed it was removing the MicroSD Card. Any other ideas?
