MicroSDHC card completely stopped working

Hello there, I have been using my microsd card for a few months now with my samsung galaxy s4 however it suddenly stopped working. It is unreadable by the phone and unreadable by my computer. I have tried inserting it into other phones and other computers, and even then the card still did not read. Is the card completely broken or is there some way of fixing it?

Btw the card is transcend microsdhc class 4 32gb card

I am going to say the card is shot. SD cards do fail from time to time.
