Microsoft windows 10 startup issue

Hey hey guys!

So, I've been questioning this for a while and I can't understand why this problem wasn't fix by Microsoft. I am working at a computer systems department and we manage the users and support them. Lately an issue that is known by everyone that actually use the Windows 10 OS. Basically for the people who might don't know sometimes the startup menu does not work and we need to make some easy things to put this on.

I've decided to make this post because I think it should be fixed by them. Do you agree with me or I am saying something wrong?

I'm not quite following. Are you saying that sometimes the start menu won't open? Or that you need to add something to the start menu?

never had a problem with that in any version of Windows since the very first one appeared.

Win10 works just fine, that is, until Linux wiped it out.

Try "classic shell" and have the windows 7 style start menu. Maybe a good workaround. Much nicer than stock anyway.

I have had this happen to me,But they were early releases of Windows 10.They fixed it as far as I know.

I thought about it too. They had a big update some months ago where they've changed some UI things but sometimes it happens
