Leaked benchmark details give us a look at what Samsung has planned for the Galaxy C7. It has a Snapdragon 617, a standard 5.2-inch 1080 display, 16GM and 8MP camera and 32GB of storage. But what really stands out is its 4GB of RAM - a spec which has only been used in flagship-tier devices until now. We have no idea what price Samsung will be charging for the Galaxy C7, but we don't expect this to be a cheap mid-range smartphone.
